At approximately 6:50 PM CT, we received reports of FTP connectivity issues as well as some sites not resolving in our ORD datacenter. The engineers are actively looking into the matter.

UPDATE: As of 7:25 PM CT, engineers have resolved the issue and restored FTP and the site connectivity issues. All sites are resolving as normal.
