This eveing, we have received reports from some customers stating that they are unable to view messages within the Webmail interface or are receiving intermittent errors/password prompts while accessing mail via mail clients. We are currently investigating the situation and will have it resolved as soon as possible.
UPDATE: As of 1:25AM CT, our team has resolved the issue with the affected server and are monitoring performance at this time.
