As of about 3:50 PM CT, the Z4 Cloud Engineers identified a network traffic issue on MySQL 50-73 in our ORD1 data center. At this time, customers may experience time-outs or errors referring to the database being in Read-Only. Our engineers are diligently working on resolving the issue.
