As of about 4:58AM, the Z4 Cloud engineers identified an issue on MySQL 50-45 in our DFW1 data center. At this time, database communication is limited to read-only. Our engineers are diligently working on resolving the issue.

Update: As of about 5:36AM CT, Z4 Cloud engineers have resolved the issue and restored full functionality to this database server.
